To integrate all components of the Early Head Start Program year round during scheduled weekly home visits and group socialization experiences.
Child and Family Development: Include, but are not limited to
1. Demonstrate competence and effective strategies in strengthening the parent-child relationship in accordance with the EHS primary goals (School Readiness and positive Family Outcomes).
2. Plan and carry out home visits to assigned families according to the EHS home visit guidelines.

1. Collaborate with parents on an ongoing basis in all aspects of their child’s education, medical/dental health, nutrition, safety, mental health, and disabilities needs.
2. Work with parents to utilize the home environment and household resources in developing home educational activity plans.
Qualifications: Include, but are not limited to
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Child Development, Social Services, Family Relations or related field. Past work experience in human services/home visiting preferred. Must be able to travel extensively throughout the county.
Candidates must be able to pass a background check including child abuse, state police, finger printing, physical, drug test and TB test. Benefit package offered.
